Taking inspiration from his mother’s successful career in real estate, Michael Fazio became an agent with the goals of achieving excellence and honoring a legacy. Michael graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Lubar School of Business with a degree in Marketing. To build experience and hone key skills, he then joined his family’s auto dealership where he worked in sales, service writing and customer service—roles that would ultimately form the foundation of his customer-centric approach to real estate. Parallel with his real estate work, Michael continues to invest in and renovate homes—a venture that gives him an edge when evaluating the condition of potential homes for buyers. “This helps me offer a more personal, fluid, and real experience to clients.” Self-described, Michael is helpful, easy to work with, and most notably, determined. Michael lives in Oak Creek and appreciates the new developments and thriving businesses within his community. When he is not remodeling a property or showing/selling a home for a client, Michael stays busy playing sports or studying the real estate climate and various financial markets such as Cryptocurrency and Forex.
